(September 2014)It's the first of the month and you know what that means! Time for another Pick My Flick! For those of you just joining us, this is a monthly feature where you, the viewers, get to vote on one additional movie for me to watch in theaters. You get to choose from a carefully selected list of movies, and vote on your favorite. The movie with the most votes at the end of the running will be watched in theaters by me, 5 Minute Movie Guy. This month I've had a more difficult time than usual deciding which films to see and which ones to let you guys vote on, but I've finally made up my mind. Last month, you guys didn't vote quite as much as you have during previous months, and I think a big reason for that is because you had too many choices. Eight nominations is a lot. Sure, it's great to have options, but in my own experience, I find sometimes that I can feel really overwhelmed when I have so many things to choose from. It's like when I go to Subway. There are so many choices! What do I do? I like everything, but everything on a sandwich is not a good sandwich! Lines have to be drawn! Pickles must be held! Ingredients must be sacrificed!
